For business, of course. It would be nice if I could finally clinch a couple of deals… This is a tough market for wines, especially French wines. Very competitive. If all goes well I am getting a couple of containers, which should make things easier with HQ. If not, well, Hello China! Need more wine?
I don’t particularly relish the idea of going to Seoul in the current anti-mooh frenzy. My clients and contacts are reasonable enough, but that still leaves way too many freaks on the streets with a grudge and a severe itch to scratch. Last time it happened, during the economic metdown, in 1997/8, I got harrassed and in a couple of occurences, physically attacked, just for being white - and thus American, right, cuz all whiteys are from the US, all blacks from Africa, and all Asians, oh, wait…
Anyway, I hope this craziness dies soon. Business as usual in South Korea is hard enough, we don’t need riots on the street. Just give up the FTA and lock down the borders for KR products. See how they like it…

Look at that big sun here — and the prediction for storms or whatever on Friday. We have neither, for the moment: some sunshine, and some clouds. I guess what this forecast is telling me is probably what is was recently — sorry can’t see anything in the morning before coffee — and what we gonna have soon. Ouchies. Storms, and hot weather. Ah well, beats cold rain
