					<description>Same at the Konkuk campus during spring time: student unions, spring festival, spring sport festival, music festival etc. Extremely noisy, even until the 13th floor. Reminds me something that may be typical of Korean campuses and which I experienced while residing at the ICU campus (Daejeon) -- I was reported the same phenomenon on the KAIST campus: students washing their clothes at 3 A.M. any day. And I was hosted on the first floor, the same floor where the washing machines were located.
