    What’s so annoying about that is that it’s not grammatically wrong in all cases, and that makes it harder to explain to Korean speakers what the problem is.

    Just as you could say “Do have a good time!,” the statement “Do dream!” (with lower case “d”) would be okay with the right intonnation.

    Sort of like “Hi Seoul.” It’s not “wrong,” but at the same time so very, very wrong.
