Dead like Elvis

Tate: Keep in mind that I’m suggesting Java will be dead like COBOL, not dead like Elvis.

Moving Past Java

Errr, as in banks in 30 years will still insist on having old codgers with long thinned-out hair bang out outdated code on 12″ green-on-green CRTs, which’ll be executed on pSeries (or zSeries, or whaddafuckSeries)?

What do they need Ruby for anyway? They got Rexx! Mwahahahahahaha

It’s right, we don’t need Ruby, we’ve got Java :-) The problem is not Java, it’s the thousands of people who believe that Struts was and is good :-)
